Automotive Sales Consultant

Growing Michigan Dealer Group is seeking sales professionals with sales experience and proven leadership abilities to join our growing team of professionals in a new facility in Lansing Metro market that will sell 1800 + units per year. Candidate must have self confidence, good communication skills and be able to work with a variety of customers. Prior experience selling both new and used vehicles is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

 

* Assess customer transportation needs* Establish rapport with customers quickly* Follow Dealership 4 qtr selling process as you are trained* Create a customer base that will generate repeat and referral business* Follow supervisors directions* Maintain accurate daily, monthly, quarterly and year-to-date customer data* Successfully complete manufacturer required training

 

Requirements:

 

* Proven experience in product sales* Demonstrated ability to work required hours* Excellent interpersonal skills* Moderate computer skills* Strong attention to detail* Excellent follow-through skills
