Automotive Service Engineers JOB DESCRIPTION: Qualified Service Engineers will assist dealership service technicians in troubleshooting technical problems at an On-Demand Contact Center. Engineers will combine their repair knowledge with an expansive diagnostic database to provide the most current fix information to dealership technicians. Candidates will also work together with other service engineers to diagnose and provide the most accurate information to "Fix It Right The First Time.” Additional responsibilities may also include acting as a liaison with product engineering, publication and other service engineering personnel to resolve various service issues. REQUIRED SKILLS: Must have hands-on skills as an automotive service technician, dealership experience, diagnostic/repair skills, customer service skills, PC Skills SECONDARY SKILLS: Diesel, ASE Certifications, French Canadian language skills a huge plus
