Business Development Coordinator/Telemarketer

At Toyota of Watertown we are a family owned dealership with a brand new facility and as we provide luxury car ownership experience to our customers, we are looking for self-starting professionals to joining us in taking our internet sales to the next level!!

 

The job title is a Business Development Representative/Internet Sales, but the dynamics of the job require someone with the customer service and follow through skills to standout as a relationship manager.

 

As one of our Business Development Representatives you would be responsible for:

 Receiving and disbursing all incoming internet and phone sales inquiries and requests. Creating and maintaining excellent communication relationships with our customers. Develop solid working partnerships with our Sales Team. Remain current on our product line by constantly reviewing information on line.

Our ideal candidate has had some exposure to sales, has excellent communication skills, an upbeat attitude and professional demeanor with customers.  He/she enjoys a fast paced work environment and can thrive in an incentive driven atmosphere.

 

Our candidate also has a good understanding of Microsoft Windows programs Word and Outlook and has the technical savvy to learn additional programs to enhance the support of our customers.  Ability to work flexible hours and maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
