CAD OPERATOR - TOOLING

My Client Company is a highly respected international automotive supplier with multiple manufacturing locations in North America.  They are currently seeking a highly motivated, talented and experienced individual for a CAD OPERATOR – TOOLING position in the Southeastern U.S.

 

The successful candidate should have:Two plus years of experience as a CAD Operator working with any combination of CATIA, IDEAS, Pro-E and AutoCAD.College or trade school education in mechanical drawing preferred.  Applicable experience alone will be considered.Familiarity with QS 9000 procedures or ISO/TS16949 procedures a plusExperience with molding or casting tooling a plus

 

Responsibilities:Manage and continually update tooling drawings and 3D models. Work closely with the Tooling Associates, Engineers and Managers.Organize and update spare parts list.

 

Location:  Greater Birmingham, AL area

 

Education:  Minimum of a Vocational Training or equivalent

 

Compensation: To $45k plus excellent Medical, Retirement and Relocation Benefits
