We’re looking for a sales manager to lead our team of Car Sales Consultants. 

 

Responsibilities: Create and organize all sales activities for the sales division Work with and supervise Car Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach Assist Car Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed

 

Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry Demonstrated leadership abilities Successful background in a financial / budgeting role Solid supervisory skills Superior communication and customer service skills
