My client is one of the Longest and Premier suppiliers Toyota and have been for over 20 years with six facilities in the US.

 

 

Summary:

Uses advanced knowledge of Chemistry, chemical, extrusion, DWT and SWT roll forming to analyze and interpret data to make conclusions and recommendation to achieve the essential duties and responsibilities listed below.  Additional duties to assure the efficiency of the Tube Mill.  Work will be accomplished in adherence to all policies set forth by the company. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

·  Completion of work in accordance with the Corporate business plan.

·  Completion of work in accordance with the Divisional business plan.

·  Process control of Painting and Plating forming operations.

·  Process control of Waste Water Treatment operations.

·  Process control of Extrusion and Plating operations

·  Process control of SWT and DWT forming operations

·  Performance reports, including the collection of data, analysis, and recommendations including but not limited to scrap and machine efficiency.

·  Manage the implementation and completion of improvement projects.

·  Manage cost reduction activities.

·  Kaizen workshop participation and follow up activities

 

Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and or ability required.

 

Education and/or Experience:

·  Bachelor degree from a four year college or university in Engineering related field (Chemical Eng preffered): or one to two years related experience and or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language skills

·  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret related technical documents.

·  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

·  Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from suppliers.·  Ability to effectively present  information Mathematical skills

·  Ability to work with mathematical concepts.

·  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportion to practical situations.

·  Ability and knowledge to apply mathematics to solve plating and painting dimensional problems.

 Reasoning ability

·  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusion. 

·  Ability to understand, and interpret reports, such as technical reports, etc.

 Physical demands
