Manage and execute the continuous improvement training programs including candidate selection, training material development, and leading Six Sigma and other continuous improvement classes.Identify and lead high impact Six Sigma projects and other continuous improvement projects in all functional areas.Act as a change agent by challenging existing approaches and performance, and drive the use of Six Sigma tools throughout the business. Bachelor of Science in engineering or chemistry with minimum of three years experience working as a Black Belt or Master Black Belt Ability to direct and motivate subordinates and team members Thorough knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques Strong communication, analytical/problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience with developing and or maintaining training programs Demonstrates successful completion of multiple Six Sigma projects Ability to build relationships with all levels in the organization
