Coordinator Parts Sales II

REQUIREMENTS: Set up and administer Remanufacturing core programs including system work to facilitate those programs Provide strong customer service support to dealers and Regional Parts Managers (RPM) network Provide support to dealers and management utilizing focus-based reporting Provide support to the warranty core credit processing Approve and process supplier credits for core shipments returned to suppliers Approve Supplier Core Invoicing and investigate discrepancies Update Remanufacturing part numbers with core related information in both COOP and Paragon systems. Analyze and resolve supplier, dealer and core return center problems and discrepancies relating to core programs Process debits to suppliers for core credits and third party core return center freight recovery Approve third party freight bills for remanufacturing programs and investigate third party freight charge backs Administer dealer core accounts and make necessary adjustments according to special circumstances Process extended warranty core credits for specific suppliers and make determination if core is payable depending on replacement parts used in claim Create and Maintain Dealer Core Return Forms Purchase cores through outside core broker to cover monthly core deficit for specific core programs Manage the core credit process as well as issue of core credits to dealers. Develop core program procedures for third party core return center and negotiate resolutions and research alternatives to improve proceduresBASIC QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR an Associate’s degree with two to five years of parts experience OR the equivalent of five years related experience required.
