Corporate Cash Management Analyst

/ Responsible for managing Company's US, Canadian and Corporate day-to-day banking requirements including the preparation of cash reporting, bank account set-up, account analysis and discrepancy resolution. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting the Director of Global Cash Management in the creation and monitoring of a domestic cash forecast, letter of credit management and cash generation activities. Principal Activities and ResponsibilitiesBank account administration:-Point person for all US and Canadian banking activities and inquiries-Open and closing of US and Canadian bank accounts as needed-Maintain database of all relevant bank information (contact info, bank info, etc.) -Prepare and maintain daily and monthly cash schedules-Initiate or approve US and Canadian electronic cash transfers -Initiate or approve FX transactions -Creation of vendor payment templates within the banking software-Setting daily cash position and determining shortfall / surplus cash positionAssisting Director of Global Cash Management:-Forecasting of US and Canadian cash flow activities-Ensuring adherence to cash generation activities and cash maximization efforts-Maintaining and monitoring of Letters of Credit (LC's)-Conducting RFQ's related to cash management vendor servicesAssisting others within Corporate Treasury as neededAssist Accounting with weekly / monthly cash postingBanking software maintenance:-Ensuring established users have appropriate access and authority-Establishing new users and ensuring appropriate access and authoritySOX compliance and Internal Control adherence:-Ensure appropriate approvals for all transactions-Accumulate appropriate documentation for all transactions-Maintain authorized signor listingUpdating disaster recovery procedures:-Organization and participation in periodic offsite dry-runs Education and Experience:-Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting -Prior Treasury experience desired Knowledge and Skills: -Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and Word -General knowledge of MS Power Point and Access -Thorough knowledge of the US and Canadian commercial banking systems desired -Advanced proficiency with proprietary bank software packages-Experience with Quantum Treasury work station and other common treasury system platforms highly desired-General knowledge of general ledger systems particularly Hyperion-Strong Analytical and communications skills, written and oral, and attention to detail-Certified Cash Manager (CCM) desired
