Corporate RecruiterTRW Automotive offers exciting opportunity as Corporate Recruiter. The Corporate Recruiter participates on team of recruitment professionals to partner with U.S. business units and manage the talent acquisition process. Key responsibilities include preparing job descriptions, developing and executing strategies for sourcing, screening, assessing and interviewing candidates, growing creative and traditional sources of diverse candidates, analyzing and reporting measurements related to the recruitment process and driving process improvements. This position may oversee experienced recruiters and administrative personnel to provide advise and direction and ensure stated performance objectives are being met. May facilitate training on interviewing techniques and perform a wide variety of recruitment-related activities. Minimum 5 years directly related recruitment experience required, must have experience in corporate work setting and prior experience providing direction/advise to experienced recruiters within a corporate recruitment team. Must have life-cycle recruitment experience with corporate Finance and/or Purchasing recruitment. Prior experience with recruiting project management (planning and executing external recruiting process using passive sourcing strategies) and with a high volume of job openings at one time required. Proven performance in identifying external sources of talent (college, industry, diversity groups) required. Proficiency with employment law and hiring practices required. Experience with behavioral-based interviewing required. Must have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, time management skills, ability to prioritize work and teamwork and customer service orientation and ability to act as change agent. Must be able to accept a flexible work schedule, work additional hours and travel, as needed. Must be proficienct in Microsoft Office applications and use of recruitment databases. Bachelor Degree preferred. Position is located in Livonia, Michigan. Position pays base salary, no commission. Relocation assistance not available.
