Corporate Supply Chain Analyst

Corporate Supply Chain Analyst/Reponsibilities:
  Create Production Schedules for multiple manufacturing facilities

· Develop plan based on Customer Demand, Sales & Operational requirements and Forecast.

· Maintain Production Schedules

· Determine quantities for multiple manufacturing business units.

· Create and communicate work orders for production, monitor inventory levels of raw materials and work in process requirements.

· Work with operations and purchasing to provide necessary inventory and supply of finished goods orders

· Effectively communicate schedule changes to affected personnel

· Participate in leadership meetings to communicate schedules and forecast requirements.

· Accountable for 2500+ product variations and 10 – 15 million raw and finished goods inventory while utilizing SAP and dedicated forecasting software/computerized systems.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in materials and supply chain management, operations management, engineering discipline or business operations.

· Must have 5+ years experience in supply chain such as production scheduling, forecasting, inventory control and procurement.

· Must have experience out of fast paced, high volume manufacturing environments.

· APICS Certification preferred

· Solid computer skills: access and excel

· Must be effective and results oriented communicator with an ability to interface with senior global leadership!
