Customer Quality Engineer OBJECTIVE: Achieve Customer Satisfaction through responsiveness in request for Quality Service.Provide the primary Quality Management customer interface for the assigned customer accounts in North America.Develop, implement and maintain technical quality assurance interface with the key account customers for the AIM product lines.Facilitate speedy problem solving of customer returns through effective problem solving toolsDevelop close working relationship with the customer’s quality organization to generate internal support for changes, modifications and reduce impact of rejected material.Receive assignments in the form of objectives defined in IFX VIP system and determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.Support and implement directives and procedures defined by Infineon Technologies Quality Management, Automotive, Industrial and Multimarket, in Munich Germany.Provide regular weekly, monthly and account review reports to show the Quality Management team, the status at the Key and secondary accounts for AIM products.Provide necessary problem solving support at customer site Support Customer Audits of Infineon PlantsFocal point for all customer quality and customer industry required initiativesAccess and manage all customer computer quality reporting systems.Utilize IFX QM tools and systems for efficient customer support

Requirements/Skills:Strong Customer Interface and communication skills  Administrative capability, well organizedSemiconductor Technical SkillsProblem Solving Disciplined approachSemiconductor product backgroundAutomotive Market ExperienceQuality/reliability understandingBachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, MBA additional benefit.

Experience with Automotive Market place is desired. Preferred in the Quality area.
