As a(n) Customer Service Associate for INViSiON Industries, you will be an important member of the team that maintains customer relationship; understand products and services; understands and researches inquiry; assembles and communicates information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer; records customer inquiries.

Qualifications

Skillfully synthesizes large quantities of complex information under pressure. Distills it to the most critical issues and draws accurate conclusions, taking into account a high degree of uncertainty.

Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.

Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions.

Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service.

Adeptly explains features, benefits, and technical aspects of the full product line. Demonstrates expert knowledge of the competitive market.

Experience informing clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports based on their information needs.

Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains historical reference and records data.

Must have experience in a Customer Service related field for at least 2 years. Technical troubleshooting a plus.
