If you are answering yes to the above questions then you might be the person that D&W is looking for.  We are currently hiring an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Auburn, New York corporate location. 

 

The person in this position must be able to handle incoming customer calls, process orders and keep order information updated and communicated to customers as needed and on a timely basis. The successful candidate must be energetic, detail oriented, computer literate and be able to handle multiple tasks. The position also includes but is not limited to warranty administration, provide a communication link between the customer and technicians, and other related responsibilities. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds is required.
