Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

A national automotive remarketer is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher.
The ideal candidate must be pleasant, positive, outgoing, and must possess the ability to prioritize & multitask. Will need the ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be a highly motivated self-starter.

Knowledge of Outlook and Word required. Strong phone skills needed.
3 to 5 years of related work experience is required.

Duties will consist of:
* inbound and outbound calls

* entering information into company developed software

* scanning/filing documents

* maintaining Outlook contact databases

* maintain and build positive business relationship with Vendors and Customers.

 

 
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), long term disability, paid vacation time, etc.
