Customer Service Representative for Data Operations

 

 

Overview

 

The position’s primary responsibility will be to optimize data flow from existing customers, activate new customers, and resolve customer issues.

 

Job Function

 

·        Contacting dealership and repair facility personnel to ensure accurate identification and transfer of data

·        Maintaining, identifying and correcting issues with data transfer

·        Working with our data partners and the sales team to overcome objections to accessing the location computer system

·        Issue and location tracking to determine success of the Service Link program

·        Creating and maintaining documentation on the Service Link process and performance of our data partners

·        Research and correct Service Link issues from our data partners, dealerships, and repair facilities

 

Qualifications

 

·        Strong customer relations skills with proven success in organizational, multi-tasking and analytical problem solving skills.

·        Knowledge of Dealer Management systems preferable

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred

·        A working knowledge of Microsoft software applications including Word, Excel, and experience with customer management software are necessary.
