Customer Service Representative

Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment a must. Manufacturing, parts, inventory experience a plus.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Provide single point of contact for customers inquiries, regarding Customer Service issues such as ordering parts, RGAs, and complaints.

 

Act as liaison between Customer Service Department, Field Service Technicians, and all other internal departments regarding Customer Service related issues.

 

Field all part order calls to identify part numbers, answer inquiries on past orders, provide tracking numbers/pod, and enter packing slips. 

 

Candidate will be responsible for invoicing part orders, issuing credits, as well as handling warranty and demo inventory. 

 

Maintaining customer files and checking inventory for rush parts orders will be vital to success of candidate.  Additional duties to include processing returns, crediting service bills, packing slips, etc. 

 

Ability to handle customer complaints to ensure proper resolution a must.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 

Knowledge of Microsoft software programs needed.  Proven skills working with customers via phone/fax/e-mail.

 

Availability and willingness to work overtime as needed.

 

Experience: At least two years experience in Customer Service or related field in a manufacturing environment. 

 

Education: Sufficient formal or informal education in a related field to ensure ability to perform at a level required for successful accomplishments of essential duties and responsibilities as listed above.
