Dealer Sales Representative

Job Description The outside dealer services representative is an energetic, highly motivated, pro-active sale's professional committed to solving customer needs. Responsibilities include: handling customer calls and inquiries, prospecting new business and inactive business, servicing new and existing clients, helping to meet and exceed dealer sale's goals.

Responsibilities - Coach the sellers, responsible for consulting on the market - Recruit the buyers, responsible for merchandising the auction - Work Dealer Sale program- Provide consultative sales to key accounts- Offer Manheim Added Value products and services- Handle issues on sale day at the dealer services counter- Team with the inside sales representatives to provide excellent customer service- Coordinate issues with inside dealer sale operations - Reward sellers in better lane positions for dealers who sell high % of cars and for volume. Always be consistent and fair.- Promote Super Seller relationships- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Outside dealer service representatives are eager, responsible, and hard-working individuals with energy and a positive attitude while working with the Dealer Services Team. These individuals must possess good organizational and written communication skills. Previous auction of automotive industry or related experience is preferred.- High School Diploma or equivalent required.- 1+ years sales or related experience- Knowledge of automotive industry; experience in auction industry preferred- Strong technical aptitude- Bi-lingual a plus- Strong verbal and written communications skills- Travel required daily- Strong people and relationship management skills- Computer skills including Windows based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook)
