Our client is a global leader in the field of automotive interior trim applications.  We are seeking a dynamic individual to direct all global quality activities. This is your opportunity to join a growing company in a very strategic and impactful position.

 

You’ll be reporting to the executive level (COO) and responsible for top-grading corporate and plant level quality.  While driving new strategic plans both domestically & abroad, you’ll be streamlining effective communication links with all manufacturing facilities, implementing new global quality goals and ensuring customer satisfaction and positive change.

 

Position Requirements:  BSME or related technical degree, 10+ years of automotive quality systems experience, 5+ years directing quality departments with a proven track record of top-grading.  Six Sigma Black Belt is mandatory along with lean manufacturing methodologies and data driven system knowledge.  Product & Material knowledge should include; door trim, overhead systems, seating, carpet, foam, fabric, plastics and consoles.  International automotive experience (Europe & Asian) is a must.
