District Manager

Mac Tools is one of the world's most recognized and trusted brands serving the professional tool industry. We are a division of The Stanley Works, the world's top brand name for consumer tools, industrial tool products and security solutions. Currently, we have an exciting position open for a District Manager.


The responsibilities include: achieve annual sales goals as established for the district; oversee and direct the sales production, profitability and business activity of traditional distributors assigned to the district; recruit to fill open routes and train new distributors; measure and monitor all business activity and fiscal responsibility of the distributors to ensure compliance with all company guidelines and policies; conduct monthly business meetings as required with emphasis on proactive selling and business results; and ride with distributors 3 days a week to develop them and their business.


The requirements include: 3-5 years experience in sales management; computer knowledge included the Microsoft Suite; strong business and work ethic; excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills; ability to train others in selling and collecting techniques; highly developed team-building skills; and undergraduate degree preferred
