Engineering Change Validation Coordinator:

 Receive and catalogue change initiatives originating from the AEMA system or the Cost Recovery teamOrganize, document and communicate results of discussions among HDEP engineering personnel centered on identifying and documenting the following:Estimations of engineering validation tests requiredEstimations of the costs of validation testingEstimations of the validation timelinesMaintain ongoing communication and coordination with the other engineering coordinators in Detroit and Germany, in order to plan and document parts allotment to specific engine buildsMaintain ongoing communication and coordination with the FT10 change management team in order to capture upcoming validation opportunities and to communicate validation progress on initiatives in process.Interface with Purchasing to obtain quotes on prototype parts costs and delivery timingGenerate engineering requisitions based on engineers input and monitor procurement by purchasing and the parts procurement teamInterface with Purchasing, Supplier Management and the Parts Procurement Team to track and maintain records related to parts deliveryInterface with the Engineers in order to track and maintain records related to validation test status against the established timelinesCoordinate and maintain records related to prototype parts movement and storage after handoff from the parts procurement team Coordinate and maintain records and communications related to component release reportsPeriodically communicate validation status to all stakeholders and send alerts for any road blocks that surface
