Engineering Manager

A new plant start-up in Tupelo, MS supplying a new Japanese Automotive plant in the same location is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Lean Manufacturing efforts, troubleshoot and set-up machines and tooling, and tweak process improvements. This person will coach and manage about 3-5 Manufacturing Engineers as the plant grows.

This candidate must have 3-5 years Engineering Management experience in an Automotive (supplier) manufacturing environment, strong organizational and problem solving skills, and strong leadership skills. A four year degree is required; a technical/engineering degree is preferred. Manufacturing experience in metals is a plus. Manufacturing Engineers are encouraged to apply as well as there be needs in the very near future.
