Experienced Machinist Needed in Macon GA!!!

Chase Staffing Services is currently accepting resumes for an experienced Machinist/ Metal worker. 

Our client is a small, privately owned company located in downtown Macon and has been operational for over 20 years.  This company manufactures a wide variety of parts for other industries.

Requirements:Minimum of 5 years experience as a Conventional Machinist and operating a lathe and mill.  Conventional machinist is highly prefered over CNC machinist. Some CNC experience is good, but conventional is required. Experienced with machining processes and techniques.Excellent blueprint comprehension skills.Excellent math skills.Able to accurately use precision measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc).  Must be flexible, able to work on various machines and manufacture different parts throughout the day.  Must also be able to stand, stoop, bend and twist to 12 hours.High School diploma or GED required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Willingness to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification and background check. Work in extremely hot conditions; To lift up to 50 lbs consistently

Hours- Monday thru Thursday, 8am- 4:30; Friday 7am- 3:30.  Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Pay- Depends on experience $15-17 per hour
