Experiential Marketing Manager DESCRIPTION:KIA MOTORS AMERICA (KMA) in our brand new Corporate Office in Irvine, Ca has an opportunity for an experienced Experiential Marketing Manager.  This position is key in supporting all of Kia's consumer facing event marketing.  Because Kia is currently a growing, dynamic automotive company, you’ll enjoy much greater opportunity to make an impact. And because we are expanding so rapidly you’ll have tremendous opportunities for professional development.  SUMMARY: Execute and manage all Kia-branded new vehicle promotions and sponsorships per management-directed objectives. Ensure alignment of all promotional and event concepts with Kia brand strategy. Establish and maintain effective communication with Region personnel to ensure successful implementation of events and promotions. Oversee and manage agency partners and other vendors to ensure highest quality standards are met. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop experiential events to support KMA brand and retail objectives. Manage all aspects of promotion and event development, including budget and program approval with KMA executive staff, RFP process with Procurement and partner selection. Manage and oversee all aspects of promotion and event execution, including creative concept development with selected partner agency(ies), lead generation tools, vehicle logistics, site/venue selection, on-site activities, project follow-up, etc.; support promotional elements of negotiated media partnerships. Develop annual budget for functional area.
