F&I Business Manager

OVERVIEW
The Bernardi Honda is looking to hire a highly motivated and customer friendly F&I Business Manager as part of our dealership expansion program.

BACKGROUND
We are one of the largest and fastest growing dealerships in the Northeast. In business under the same management team for more than 35 years, the Bernardi Auto Group is known for their sales ethics, quality of customer service, and positive work environment. Its dealerships sell the hottest vehicles on the market today: Acura, Honda, Toyota, Scion, and Audi.

RESPONSIBILITY
You will work in a high-energy dealership where you will take financial services deals from start to finish: Review contract information; collaborate with sales and registry Assess your customer's credit worthiness, present available financing options to meet their needs, and match them with financial institutions. Prepare and submit paperwork to financing institution and arrange for stipulations where required. Establish a relationship with your customers so as to Understand their needs and market products and services to satisfy them (e.g. appearance protection packages, extended warranties, anti-theft devices, etc. ) Maintain dealership's positive reputation and your high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by establishing a strong rapport with your customer, ensuring complete understanding of all paperwork, and being being responsive to their requests.REQUIREMENTS
