Job Description:

Reporting to the Service Manager, this principal role will actively coordinate the activities and plans of the Field Service Technicians alligned to the Chicago,IL and local regions, as designated by the Service Manager on an as required basis.

Primarily this role is to ensure a high quality level of support to the properties assigned and to re-direct local and work assignment prioirities.

Applicant must be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication and leadership skills and a strong interest in the Hybrid or Automotive industry or Heavy Duty vehicles

. Responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

- Daily review of status report for theChicago and local markets and assigned areas, with assignments to locations as needed

- Verify work orders for accuracy and timely submittals

-  Provide daily status to the Service Manager prior to 10am pst.

- Track and monitor upgrades and changes ensuring completion in allotted time, provide weekly feedback to Customer and the Service Manager

- Maintain accurate parts inventory.  Provide inventory status reports monthly to the Service Manager.

-  Provide weekly fuel consumption reports to the Service Manager

- Maintain and track Customer Communications on a weekly basis, provide feedback to the Service Manager

 

Position Requirements:




Reside in the Chicago region is a must

Minimum 5 years Experience with Hybrid-Electric Vehicles

Good computer diagnostic skills

Effective Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, Electronic and Pnuematic sub-system repair skills

Effective communication skills with both Customers and ISE Staff (Oral & Written)

Effective organizational and team work skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Travel 20% to support Customers
