General Accounting Clerk

Mercedes Benz of Freehold is looking to hire a General Accounting Clerk.

We're a fast growing player in the auto industry and need a focused, self-starter to complement our team.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:Verify all money collected and the accuracy of paperwork Verify all cash and credit card receipts to daily paid repair orders to reconcile the daily deposit. Enter all money received for outstanding accounts receivables invoices. Reconcile all accounts receivable schedules. Contact all customers, warranty companies, etc. for all payments in accordance with company guidelines.  Ability to prepare contracts for bank funding. Overnight all appropriate documents to the individual lending institutions as designated on the finance contract. Inform Office Manager and Sales Management of any returned contracts and/or additional paperwork needed for funding. File all customer documents in individual folders in a secure location. Familiarity with deal documents such as credit applications and DMV

Qualifications:Detail oriented. Team Player. Automotive, ADP and Advent experience a plus. Training provided.
