Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ATS management including global training, auditing and vendor management, global recruiting partner management including purchasing interface, employer branding and visibility campaigns, direct candidate sourcing and management of senior positions in the global organization, global university and college recruiting strategy and execution, reporting for open positions, positions needing approval, time to fill, and cost to fill information. Implementation of diversity recruitment strategies, coaching and intervention for global HR managers having difficulty filling positions. Leadership of the global Staffing Strategy virtual team. Candidates must have at least 10+ years experience in staffing and at least 5 years leading a global staffing organization of 5,000 or more employees. A related bachelor's degree, strong Microsoft skills, experience with ATS systems- Kenexa experience a plus. SAP experience helpful but not required. Must be a strong self-starter, confident and comfortable dealing with multiple cultures. Able to travel 10% a year including globally, willing to conduct conference calls and meetings at odd hours to accommodate the global nature of the organization. A collaborative and inclusive demeanor and a 'glass half-full' attitude are critical. Supervises a local staff of two and works with a virtual team of 50+ supporting over 40,000 employees in 116 locations worldwide.
