Sales Manager- Industrial Power Transmission Belts Our client is an industry leader in the rubber belting industry, supplying to both domestic and Japanese manufacturers. This is a financially sound company that is growing their business with qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals. Job Description In this role, you will leverage your experience in the Industrial Power Transmission market. You will be focused on developing relationships with major Industrial Belting Distributors and Accounts for the Northeastern U.S. Prior experience working with or for major Industrial Belting manufacturers or distributors is a plus. This position will allow you to showcase your talents and grow our presence in industrial belting applications by developing accounts, charting strategies, and developing sales professionals. Duties Include: Seek out and research new territories and accounts that will benefit the company Act as the key contact and develop a rapport with new business contacts including OEM’s and Corporate Distribution Provide direction and encouragement to Sales Representatives while providing established goals and recommendations for improving department strategiesRequirements Please be specific about your experience noted in the position requirements. 10 years similar experience in industrial belting sales management, power transmission industries, other rubber related business, or industrial parts sales Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Experience in working with, collecting, and evaluating technical data with engineering departments Strong executive level presentation skills Excellent travel opportunities including frequent domestic and occasional international travel Benefits A competitive benefits package accompanies this positionA Company Car is provided.
