Greeter

Help our customers find what they need!  We’re seeking an outgoing person to work as a greeter in our busy dealership.  As a greeter, you will guide our customers through the dealership and help them find the department they’re looking for.

 

Responsibilities: Help customers set appointments with different departments within the dealership (sales, service, etc.) Call customers to verify appointments on behalf of the sales and service departments Provide follow-up calls on behalf of the sales and service departments to measure customer satisfaction. 

 

Requirements: Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and appearance
