Grinding Engineer/Machinist

The position is for a Manufacturing Technician with experience in CREEP FEED GRINDING!!! Must have at least 5 years experience in a CNC machining shop with extensive Creep Feed Grinding. Experience with Aerospace or Turbine Power Generation a plus!

This individual will design manufacturing processes utilizing current equipment and with the application of LEAN Manufacturing Techniques to assist in creating competitive customer quotations. This Engineer will work in conjunction with Manufacturing and Quality personal to assure a smooth and efficient transition from successful quotation to a productive manufacturing process.  This will include the selection and ordering of fixtures and tooling from approved vendors, the development of CNC programs and the creation of process documentation.
