Human Resources Manager - NC -

Immediate direct position reporting to the Director of HR for North America . Outstanding multi-national company.

Key criteria:5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist (Not just recruiting). Strong manufacturing / plant background. Management experience (any of the following is acceptable: Medical, High-technology, automotive, military, etc).

Understanding of International HR issues or Multicultural environment experience is a plus.Our client is willing to consider the option of relocation.Will have 3-4 direct reports and be responsible for about 300-400 employees total (hourly & salary) A completed 4-year University degree is required, preferably in Human Resources. $65-80K range + full benefits. If required, relocation support will be provided.
