BILINGUAL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

 

Metaldyne is a leading global designer and supplier of low cost, high quality metal-based components, assemblies and modules for the automotive industry. We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Human Resources Manager at our Niles, IL manufacturing facility.

 

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for strategic and tactical HR initiatives.  The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in all areas of HR including recruitment, compensation, benefits, workers compensation, health and safety, and employment law.  In addition, the Human Resources Manager will have responsibility in policies and procedures, training programs, organizational development including positive employee relations, safety programs, performance management and succession planning. 

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills and experience in the following areas:  Improving HR processes, supervisory and leadership, customer service, planning and organization, communication, and problem solving.  Qualified candidates must be fluent in Spanish and possess a Bachelors degree in related field.  Certification in HR or advanced degree preferred.  Minimum 7 years experience in Human Resources Management.
