Hydraulic Specialist

A leading manufacturer of mobile marketing exhibits is seeking a hydraulic specialist.  This individual needs to understand the workings of hydraulic systems, air systems and generators so the following tasks can be completed:

Know what valves to use,

Know the size of the motor, tank, and manifold that is required,

Know the kind of cylinders needed,

Know how to layout components on a hydraulic, air and generator.

This specialist would also need to:

Wire in relays, diodes, and modules for directional control of hydraulics.

Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays and circuit-breaker panels.

Pulls wiring through conduit.

Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.

Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit.

Maintain records of repairs.

Test and trouble shoot problems on air, generator, and hydraulic systems to analyze operation.

Wire a generator (AC & DC).

Some travel may be required and the individual will need a master set of tools.

Knowledge of IQAN Electronic System Software a Plus.
