Independent Property & Casualty Adjuster/Appraiser

The Doan Group is a multi-line adjusting company specializing in damaged property and casualty insurance claims.  We have a business history spanning over 27 years and a client base of over 400.  We are seeking to expand our network of adjusters and appraisers by adding individuals willing to work out of their homes as independent contractors.

 

The Doan Group has created a broad adjusting/appraising network that utilizes sound technology, providing our clients with the one-point contact service that they require.

 

We will consider all applicants that possess the following:A minimum of 2 years experience writing property and casualty damage appraisals for either insurance companies or independent adjusting services A commitment to quality work and excellent file turn-around time An adjuster/appraiser license in states where applicable Proficient computer skills utilizing the necessary estimating systems CCC or Audatex for automotive Xactimate or comparable property damage appraisal software for property A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

 Once approved and trained, you will start receiving assignments from our corporate office located in Atlanta, GA through The Doan Group’s state-of-the-art, web-based program.

 

Appraisals are assigned within 60 miles of your home, with a goal of 80 to 100 assignments a month per vendor.  You will be reimbursed for each file on a sublet basis.
