Inside Sales Account Representative

    

Successful, fast growing international Automotive Supplier currently doing business in the USA, Mexico, and Europe is searching for an entry level Inside Sales Account Representative.  A successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

 

Qualifications:

·          Bachelor’s degree

·          Excellent oral and written communication skills

·          Strong math and analytical skills

·          Ability to Multi-task and prioritize

·          Detail oriented and organized, highly self-motivated and flexible

·          Foreign Language skills a plus

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·          Often first point of contact for existing and new customers

·          Preparing Quotations / Proposals

·          Entering Customer Orders

·          Coordinate order details with Logistics, Engineering, Production and Customer to provide timely shipment of parts

·          Invoicing and control of accounts receivable

·          Updating sales and marketing data

·          Limited travel is required
