We hold ourselves to high standards at Ashland, and we value integrity and honesty. *FORTUNE 500 is a registered trademark of Time Inc. We are looking for an International Marketing Manager.  The Valvoline International Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President International & OEM Platforms and will be located in Lexington, KY.  This position will be responsible for driving and tracking strategic initiatives and tactical execution of the Latin American marketing activities, including the progression and localization of Valvoline marketing platforms, brand awareness and communication plans.  In addition, the position will support the planning process and executing the promotion to meet the needs of the customer.  This includes identifying target markets, assessing the needs of customers, evaluating competitors, discovering market niches, adapting the product or service for the target market, launching the product and creating customer awareness through advertising, training and promotion.
