Inventory Management Leader

Objective: Under general supervision, provide leadership for internal materials management, with a focus on leading the scheduling process as well as warehouse operations.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee and participate in the development of the production schedule; schedule should be based on manufacturing cycle time, customer demand cycle and supplier reliability.Oversee all customer service functions within Falconer facility.  Measure and report customer on time delivery as required.  Determine inventory stocking requirements for end items and components and establish inventory layout to support the requirement.Develop and implement standard packaging and label specifications to support internal materials control and identification.Cross training and “back up” for all scheduling and warehouse functions.Lead the cycle count process, ensure counts are being done on time and lead process for improving cycle count accuracy. Establish product popularity code for each part number (ex. A, B, C, D…) to support cycle count process. Write work procedures for scheduling process within Adonix.Analyze daily EDI/firm orders against production schedule and demand forecast-manage exceptions where necessary.Develop Kanban inventory procedures for replenishment of line side storage.Provide leadership in all scheduling and warehousing functions
