Inventory Manager

/ (Currently two positions open)Demand Management-Ensure customer fill rate expectations are met while maintaining inventory levels and turnsOrder Management-Manage order release process-Detect and resolve issues that may result in supply disruption-Coordinate product line needs with Product Line DirectorsData Management-Review existing data for completeness and accuracy, performing cleansing activities as appropriateSupplier Relationship Management-Manage re-orders points, lot sizes, lead times with the supply base-Knowledge of supplier capacities and capabilitiesProject Support-Lead or participate on selected projects designed to improve process efficiencyResource Management-Balance resources to ensure priorities are achieved-Execute HR responsibilities as required-Define and execute skill sets required to achieve group objectives Bachelors degree minimum; Graduate degree desirable. 6 plus Supply Chain experience with minimum 2 years in Inventory Planning. Strong analytical skills - ability to identify issues, develop solutions, drive resolution. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in SAP and SAP/APO required; SAP Business Warehouse a plus. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills - interaction with Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Manufacturing and suppliers. Process driven-with demonstrated results.
