Our goal is to be your Employer of Choice!Electrical EngineerWe are currently recruiting for a bilingual Japanese/English electrical engineer for one of our clients.  This company is a premier provider of automotive communications systems in the Greater Detroit area.This position is a liaison engineer interfacing with the customers and Product Development / Design Team with regard to electrical engineering issues of their products. Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact with the customers. Obtain information requested by Product Development Team from the customer. Perform vehicle tests and vehicle calibrations on their systems. Review and negotiate customer specifications and requirements. Investigate and solve engineering/design issues. Perform analyses on warranty returns and customer plant fallouts to determine the root cause. Prepare necessary documentation, engineering reports for customer engineering meetings. Request necessary input to Product Development Team as part of preparation. Serve as a contact person to communicate customer's requirements/ requests to Product Development Team. Serve as a customer plant engineering support during product launch period.
