EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
....Bachelor Degree in Engineering is required
....3 plus years experience using Lean Systems & Six Sigma tools
....Experience with using LEAN & SIX SIGMA IN AN AUTOMOTIVE PLANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
....Position will lead, guide, and execute in order to take the manufacturing facility to
new and higher levels of proficiency
....Kaizen events - plan, organize and follow-up
....Continuous improvement - create a sense of urgency for continuous improvement throughout
the organization
