Schaeffler Group USA Inc. a dynamic global automotive & industrial supplier is seeking

a Launch Team Leader for our Cheraw, SC manufacturing facility.  This position will

manage and facilitate the Scheduling, Coordination and Planning processes for new

product launches from product inception through the production process approval.  This position will also support Early Production Containment to enable a successful product phase into production.  In addition you will be responsible for providing status reports, create and modify timelines for each launch, order and track raw materials and purchased components, and manage capital and tooling budgets for launches.

 

The Qualified candidate must posses a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or

Manufacturing Engineering and should be computer literate and have knowledge of MS Office Products, coupled with strong verbal and written skills.  Knowledge of Advance Quality Planning Techniques is a plus.  The selected Candidate should be highly motivated and a self directed team player.
