syncreon is a global best-in-class provider of high complexity automotive logistic services delivering world-class quality, innovative solutions, competitive pricing, financial stability and investment capability.  Our Company provides value added logistic services to the automotive industry.  In working with our customer, we deliver intelligent logistic solutions for both in bound material flow requirements and sequencing and currently have an opening for a Human Resource Generalist.  This is a new plant launch that will have increased growth in working to service our customer and will employ approximately 30 salaried employees and 200 hourly employees.

Respond to and review all customer concerns for each department at the customer facility. Conduct ones self in an ethical, moral manner at all times, to uphold syncreon standards, while bearing in mind syncreon profitability requirements and that you are the syncreon representative at the customer facility. Liaison with appropriate customer personnel to ensure understanding of the reported concerns and jointly apportion responsibility to appropriate parties. Provide pro-active response to low level customer concerns to ensure they do not become high level concerns, including being champion and/or member of problem-solving team.

Required skills:

Minimum of 2 years automotive experience in a supplier related environment. Above average interpersonal, organizational and communication skills – written and oral to deal with a wide range of customers-both internal and external. Ability to interact with personnel at all levels internally and externally. Effective use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power point Applications
