$60,000 TO $70,000

Consideration for this position will be given to candidates with the following:Degree STRONGLY preferred (but will consider based on experience)Minimum of 3-5 years experience identifying areas to improve & implement processes to overcome areas of high scrap / cost while also finding ways to reduce cost, downtime and overall process improvementsLean manufacturing, process improvement project management experience (must be a “go-to” technical person for the plant)Related experience from an AUTOMOTIVE backgroundBackground in blow molding manufacturing strongly preferred (but will consider other types of plastics manufacturing)Strong technical background troubleshooting equipment and process engineering issues
