MP & L Supervisor

syncreon is a global best-in-class provider of high complexity automotive logistic services delivering world-class quality, innovative solutions, competitive pricing, financial stability and investment capability.  Our Company provides value added logistic services to the automotive industry.  In working with our customer, we deliver intelligent logistic solutions for both in bound material flow requirements and sequencing and currently have an opening for a Human Resource Generalist.  This is a new plant launch that will have increased growth in working to service our customer and will employ approximately 30 salaried employees and 200 hourly employees.

Supervise material follow-up of inbound/outbound freight. Monitor inventory and records management through inventory systems. Maintaining material handling activities and processes. Administer/monitor the development, implementation of material control and delivery systems, policies, and procedures. Oversee the functions of shipping and receiving and the inbound/outbound traffic in accordance with procedures and the company quality policy. Ensures Operations has all required materials to satisfy customer requirements. Provide job training for traffic personnel as needed.

Skills required:

College Degree Preferred. 5-7 years of work experience working in an automotive or logistics environment, while working in a quality capacity. Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products. Strong analytical skills and technical savvy. Able to generate, interpret, analyze and communicate results using management tools, graphs, reports, etc.
