Maintenance Supervisor-3rd Shift

We are actively searching for an individual to serve as Maintenance Supervisor for our Elwood, Indiana facility.

 

ELSA LLC, is an aggressive and dynamic company, continuously striving to improve, while producing the highest quality automotive components at the most competitive prices in the industry. We are mainly metal stamping and robotic welding operations with approximately 450 team members. 

 

 

SUMMARY :  The ideal candidate must possess the ability to lead, coach and develop the maintenance department in the daily support of production, track performance of targets, pm’s, f-tags, and work orders. This position will oversee and assist in planning, installation, and repair of a wide variety of complex electrical equipment as well as implementing and maintaining all maintenance programs. Will oversee and assist in the handling of production repair, building equipment, special purpose machines, electrical controls, water, air and gas lines, as well as preventative maintenance. Will posses the ability to prepare wiring diagrams to record changes, diagnose and estimate labor time for repairs. Must be able to communicate effectively with other management, prior shift, staff and others on a daily basis and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Needs to be proficient in Microsoft word, PowerPoint and EXCEL. MFG Pro/QAD experience helpful.

 

 3-5 years Supervisor in Maintenance or Engineering Role.
