Manager District Sales

REQUIREMENTS: To provide management and technical sales guidance to district dealers to insure that sales goals are met. Promote the sales of the Sterling 360, Sterling Bullet and the Fuso product within the district through direct dealer and customer contact. Assist dealers in planning/achieving sales objectives. Assist in consummating sales as appropriate. Monitor and report district dealer sales performance. Provide technical sales and/or business management expertise to resolve difficult situations or conditions. Provide for training and/or headquarters staff assistance as necessary. Liaise and share information with Region Dealer Operations Manager and other field and corporate staff to insure that every effort is made to develop dealers in a way that will maximize their efficiency and profitability.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with at least eight years of substantial business experience in a truck related field, or with at least four years as a District Sales Manager, is required. Experience with Class 3-5 vehicles preferred.
