Manager / Turnback Manager - BWI Airport

This job contributes to the success of Avis Budget Group., by overseeing the process management of car rental fleet vehicles — new and disposal units.  The emphasis of this position is on management of established processes designed to achieve vehicle preperation quality and fleet expense control objectives for new and disposal vehicles. This role also interacts with Turnback auction site personnel.  Required Experience Associates Degree, BA/BS Degree or equivalent.  Previous rent a car and/or management experience, preferably within Vehicle damage estimating /repair and/or automotive industry. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
