Marketing Administrator - Irvine, CA

In this position, you'll work in the Marketing department on variety of tasks and crucial responsibilities.  Responsibilities include but not limit to are:

1.  Corporate Trade ShowsAssist in the planning of all corporate trade shows, including lift trucks, tow tractors, Aichi and SSL.Coordinate with internal departments for staff assignments.Assist in identifying and procuring products for shows.Work with H.B. Stubbs in the planning and execution of shows, including identifying signage, move-in, booth set-up, on show management, and tear-down.Work with hotel properties to arrange staff accommodations.Arranging with show management for meeting rooms and meals during shows.Work onsite during trade shows to coordinate a variety of preparation activities.

2.  Online MarketingCoordination with TMHU departments and Riechesbaird on all aspects of maintaining TMHU's web sites, toyotaforklift.com, tiedealers.com and toyota8series.com as well as upcoming sites for Aichi and SSL.

3.  Lead Generation/Customer Call CenterAnswer calls to the 800 line from customers interested in purchasing Toyota lift trucks.Respond to web inquiries and leads, respond to magazine ad leads.Qualify the prospective customer lead; enter the key information into the new CRM system through SAP.Fulfill requests for literature and other information.Track leads to identify opportunities and trends.Follow-up to ensure the customer has been assisted by the appropriate dealer or National Account representative.Work with the National Marketing Manager to find valuable prospective customer source lists for purchase and use in the new CRM system for national and dealer direct marketing efforts.

4.  Campaign Monitoring and OutreachWork with Strategic Planning and Marketing Manager, monitor various campaigns' effectiveness (direct marketing, advertising, etc.) and conduct outreach (calls, emails, etc.) to enhance response rates and measure campaign effectiveness.  Input outcomes in CRM system to access results.

5.  OtherSupport growth of Aichi and SSL by creating pilot marketing support materials as needed.  Gather input and test materials/programs with dealers and customers prior to launch.Assist/support the Marketing department as necessary to support corporate marketing efforts and achieve goals.Other duties as deemed appropriate for the position.

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communication, business or related field.  MBA preferred.  Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word and Explorer.  Strong organization, analytical and communications skills required.  Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.  Ability to work well with others within Toyota and with vendors, in a team environment.  Onsite during trade shows may involve lifting, great deal of walking and being on your feet for long periods of time.  Must be able to work with minimal supervision.  Must be able to coordinate multiple, time sensitive projects.  Must be flexible in working overtime as necessary to meet departmental goals.  Must be willing to travel.  Strong verbal and written communication skills required.  Event planning background a plus.
