Marketing Communications Manager, Mitsubishi FUSO

REQUIREMENTS: Oversees and owns all external facing communications and positioning for the FUSO brand in North America: Media advertising development and placement Tradeshows E-commerce venues including, but not limited to the Inter / Intranet Sales Literature Direct Marketing Manages approved brand positioning to ensure consistent communication in all phases Develops, manages and enforces the corporate branding guidelines, counsels on correct usage. Works with Product Strategy and Product Marketing to ensure the correct execution of product information in the marketplace. Supervises the execution of a Dealer / Distributor / Customer merchandising strategy which focuses on: Dealer merchandise products Effective sales related POP material (product kiosks) Coordinated FUSO brand presence at Dealers Develops/Manages annual dealer sales incentive program to increase product sales Works with Product Training, as needed to create effective and differentiating sales tools. Responsible for increasing FUSO brand awareness as measured through the Market Strategy group. Manages and enforces the Graphic Guidelines and Brand Identity standards internally and with dealers. Manages external agency relationships.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: College degree and minimum of nine (9) years of experience required, plus four to six (4-6) years of supervisory experience. Ability to critique creative design and copy. Minimum five (5) years in corporate communications, marketing or ad agency. Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong team player. Follow-up, upward and lateral communication.
